How the 911Medic alert system works...

At the push of a button, Medic911 transmits your medical emergency signal to our call center operator who will instantly respond via our hands-free communicator built into our system.

Push the Personal Help Button anytime of the day or night. We monitor your system 24/7, All for little more than a dollar a day.

  The 911Medic is a portable medical alert system which is simple to install and easy to use.

  The alarm can be released through a button on the device as well as by means of a hand operated radio transmitter. In an emergency a fast and efficient assistance can be requested over an automatically established telephone connection with a round the clock operational Monitoring Center.

These 911 Medic consists of a tabletop receiver with panic button, two-way voice response and battery backup. The unit is programmed to work with our propritary wireless emergency devices worn by individuals, or remote units installed in various locactions around the premise. By pushing the pacic button or activating an emergency station, a signal is transmitted to the receiver/control and activates the alarm.

Once the Medical Alert unit is activated...

When the medical alarm is activated, our 24 hour Medical Monitoring Center will know exactly who you are and will have all the necessary information regarding your medical history in front of them on a computer monitor. Our Central Station operators will determine the situation and immediately take action. Assistance is dispatched immediately if the subscriber is unable to answer the phone or respond over your voice unit to our operators.

Our Med-Alert units perform a self-test monthly to ensure equipment and communications are fully operational and ready to respond during a moment of crisis.
